SHIPPING POLICY

All items ordered from Garden Zen Herbs will be shipped out either same day or within 1 business day of the date ordered via USPS unless otherwise stated via a store notice. Different shipping options and costs will be offered to the customer during checkout. Free USPS First Class Shipping or $5 flat rate Priority Shipping is available to US customers with purchases of $25 or more.

US orders usually arrive within 3-5 days with First Class Shipping and 2-3 days with Priority Shipping. Priority Express Shipping is usually an overnight service. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date though since once we drop off a package at the Post Office its transit time is controlled by the United States Postal Service. Delivery is guaranteed though and all orders are shipped out with a tracking number. Any US order that is undelivered or returned back to us will qualify for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

International orders usually arrive within 7-25 days, depending on destination. We send out packages to most countries in the world without problems. However we cannot guarantee international delivery due to international customs policies and regulations. All packages are sent out with a tracking number though, so the shipping status can be followed in most countries. Keep in mind that not all countries update tracking information once they receive a package. A list of countries which offer Delivery Confirmation on First Class Package International shipping service is available HERE.

We do not offer any refunds for lost or damaged international packages unless we receive the package back. In that case we will offer a full refund, minus shipping costs, once we have received and process the return. We have only had issues with USPS First Class International packages getting lost on orders going to Chile, China and Brazil. If you know that your country has issues delivering regular mail you may want to consider upgrading to Priority Express International, the USA’s EMS service. We are also not responsible for customs fees or importation requirements or restrictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and follow their country’s laws and regulations.

Your shipment will arrive in a plain box or envelope. We value your privacy and make sure to ship discreetly.

 

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on most purchases. Once you order an item and it ships out it is yours. However you can contact us at sales@gardenzenherbs.com if you would like to cancel a recent order you have placed. Keep in mind however that we strive to ship out most orders same day so if you don’t contact us right after placing your order it is possible your order may have already shipped.

If the item you receive is damaged or if you received the wrong item due to an error in our part then contact us at sales@gardenzenherbs.com and we will pay to return the item to us and send you out a replacement or a refund. You will have to provide proof of purchase, the item’s tracking number, and a picture of the damaged or incorrect item.
